SGX clarifies CEO Loh Boon Chye’s pay remains unchanged in FY2024

His fixed pay, however, slightly rose from $1,210,333 to $1,210,564.

SGX clarified that its CEO's pay did not change in FY 2024.

Based on its amended annual report for FY2024, SGX said CEO Loh Boon Chye received a total gross remuneration of $7.57m.

The first version of its annual report uploaded on the bourse showed that Loh received $7.77m in FY2024, 2.7%  higher than his pay in FY2023.

His fixed pay, however, slightly rose from $1,210,333 to $1,210,564.

Meanwhile, SGX CIO Tinku Gupta is no longer among the bourse's top five highest-earning executives based on total gross remuneration, having been replaced by CFO Ng Yao Loong.

Ng had a total gross remuneration of $1.77m.

Michael Syn, president of the SGX Group, remained the top-earning executive of the bourse, receiving a total gross remuneration of $2.67m.

Head of Wholesale Markets & Platforms Lee Beng Hong and Singapore Exchange Regulation CEO  Tan Boon Gin follow with total gross remuneration of $2.36m and $2.16m, respectively.

Head of Global Sales and Origination Pol de Win ranked fourth, earning $1.8m.
