Lee Chong Kwee increases MLT stake with 134,000-unit purchase

He acquired the shares at $1.31 per unit.

Lee Chong Kwee, the director and non-executive chairman of the Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) manager, raised his stake in the trust with the acquisition of 134,000 units.

He acquired the additional stake at $1.31 per unit.

Lee now holds 200,000 units or 0.003% stake in MLT.

Before the acquisition, Lee held 66,000 units of 0.001 stake in the trust.
