JTC launches Tampines North Drive site for public tender

It has a 30-year tenure.

JTC has launched a site at Tampines North Drive 4 for tender under the industrial government land sales programme.

Plot 7 Tampines North Drive 4 has a reported site area of 2.03 hectares (ha), with a gross plot ratio of 2.5. It has a designated zoning of B2 and a 30-year tenure.

Deadline for applications is before 30 December 2022 at 11 AM.

The is the last of three reserve list sites for the second half of the 2022 IGLS programme, JTC said in a press release.
