Aspen faces watchlist threat as pre-tax losses mount for 3 consecutive years
It is awaiting notice from SGX.
Aspen Group has filed a notice of pre-tax losses for the third consecutive financial year.
Under listing rules, SGX will place Mainboard-listed companies on the watchlist if they record pre-tax losses for the three most recent consecutive financial years and have an average daily market capitalization of less than $40m over the last six months.
Aspen has yet to breach the second condition, with its latest six-month average daily market capitalization at $49.9m.
The company is awaiting notice from SGX on its possible placement on the watchlist.
