Sing Investments & Finance appoints Ng Tat Pun as Director

Mr Ng's experience in the banking and finance industry seen to boost composition of the Board.

The Board of Sing Investments & Finance appointed Ng Tat Pun as Director. The Board's appointment of Mr Ng Tat Pun was made on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee. The Board is satisfied that Mr Ng's qualifications and extensive experience in the banking and finance industry will enhance the composition of the Board and will be beneficial to the Company, according to a Sing Investments & Finance report. 

Mr Ng has been Director/Chairman of the Board of SP Chemicals Holdings Ltd (incorporated in Cayman Islands) since 2006. He is also a Director of Thai Beverage PLC (a listed company in Thailand) since 2006 and Director of Engro Corporation Ltd (Listed company in Singapore) since 2002.
