Secura Group appoints Tan Wee Han as non-executive and non-independent director

He was appointed on 2 October 2017.

Tan Wee Han was also a member of nominating committee.

Tan Wee Han was appointed as executive director on 1 October 2016 with the strategic role in the merger and acquisition activities of the company. With the completion of the subscription of shares in Custodio Technologies Pte. Ltd., Mr Tan Wee Han has requested to be re-designated as non-executive, non-independent director to focus on his other personal business interests. The board of directors of the company accepted Mr Tan Wee Han's request.

Tan Wee Han was nominated by our controlling shareholder, Kestrel Investments Pte. Ltd., which is wholly owned by Mr Peter Lim. Mr Tan Wee Han is the nephew of Mr Peter Lim.

Tan Wee Han previously served as CEO and director at MENU Pte. Ltd. from 2011 to 2016.
