Hotung Investment Holdings names Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi as Director

He is presently working as Managing Director and Head of Investment Dept. of Daiwa Corporate Investment Co. Ltd. (DCI) in Tokyo.

The Board of Hotung Investment Holdings announced the appointment of Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi as Director.

Mr. Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi was proposed for appointment as director of the Company pursuant to Bye-law 97 of the Company by the Board. As such proposed appointment of Mr. Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi as director of the Company was made pursuant to Bye-law 97 of the Company which requires that such proposed appointment be referred to shareholders in general meeting. The Nominating Committee of the Company had reviewed the curriculum vitae of Mr. Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi and has delivered its recommendation through the Board, according to a Hotung Investment Holdings report.

Mr Kazuyoshi Mizukoshi, 50, is currently the Managing Director and Head of Investment Dept. of Daiwa Corporate Investment Co. Ltd. (DCI), Tokyo from Nov 2011 to present. Before this he was Head of Investment Banking for Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan) of Daiwa Capital Markets Hong Kong from April 2008 to October 2011. He was also General Manager, International Planning & Administration Dept. Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd., Tokyo from December 2006 to March 2008.
