GSH Corporation appoints Goi Kok Ming as chief operating officer

He is the son of Mr Goi Seng Hui, the executive chairman of the company.

Mr Goi Kok Ming, 44, will be responsible for developing, establishing and implementing the Group's operating policies, business plans and strategies with the view to maintain an effective system of operational processes.

Mr Goi Kok Ming (Wei GouMing) ('Kenneth Goi") was first appointed to the Board of the Company on 23 July 2012 as Executive Director, Business Development and was last re-elected to the Board at the Company's AGM held on 22 April 2015. He oversees the sales & marketing and facilities management of the Group's hospitality business, and supports the executive chairman and chief executive officer in executing strategies to achieve the Group's gaols.

He is currently an alternate Director of Sutera Harbour Resorts Sdn Bhd, a non-executive director of Hanwell Holdings Limited, a Singapore listed company and an executive director of Acelink Logistics Pte Ltd, a supply chain company with distribution networks in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China.

Apart from this, Mr Kenneth Goi also sits on the board of Tee Yih Jia, a global food and beverage group with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, USA, Europe, & China.

Mr Kenneth Goi is a member of the Community Development District Council, South East Region.

He holds a BA in Computer Information System from California State University, Pomona.
