CDL Hospitality Trusts names Annie Gan Poh Cheo as CFO of M&C Business Trust Management
The board considered her current role as the CFO of M&C REIT Management in her appointment.
CDL Hospitality Trusts announced the appointment of Annie Gan Poh Cheo as chief financial officer of M&C Business Trust Management.
Ms Gan, 49, will be responsible for the financial management and accounting functions of CDL Hospitality Business Trust including statutory reporting and compliance, corporate finance, treasury, taxation and corporate governance, according to a CDL Hospitality Trusts report.
From 2007 until her appointment, she was the CFO of M&C REIT Management. Before this, she was group financial controller of Orchard Parade Holdings from 2000 to 2007.
