Ascott Residence Trust Management appoints Beh Siew Kim as CEO

She will also be an executive non-independent director.

She was also appointed as the member of the Corporate Disclosure Committee and the Executive Committee.

Ms Beh, 46, will manage all aspects of Ascott Residence Trust's business.

Ms Beh Siew Kim was appointed as deputy chief executive officer of ARTML on 1 March 2017. Since then, she has been transitioning into the leadership and management role for ARTML.

She has over 23 years of experience in financial and corporate planning, development and compliance experience in real estate and auditing in Singapore and Malaysia. Based on Ms Beh's experience and qualifications, the Board of ARTML has approved her appointment as chief executive officer and executive director.

Ms Beh is currently working as deputy chief executive officer, Ascott Residence Trust Management Limited.
