Yestar Healthcare cancels US$197.86m senior notes issue

Redemption date for the senior notes is on 13 March 2024.

Yestar Healthcare Holdings Company Limited has announced their decision to redeem and cancel its issue of senior notes due 2026 with the principal amount of approximately S$263.27m (US$197.86m) under a 9.5% interest, according to an SGX filing.

The company has informed the trustee that the redemption amount will be paid to redeem all outstanding notes together with accrued but unpaid interest thereon on 13 March .

The notes will be redeemed on 13 March and cancelled thereafter.

The notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited after its redemption and cancellation.
