UOB Kay Hian purchase 11,000 shares in UOBKH Securities Thailand

Price per share is at $0.20.

UOB Kay Hian Holdings Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary UOB Kay Hian (BVI) Limited, has purchased additional 11,000 shares in UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, according to a bourse filing.

Price per share is at THB5.1012 ($0.20)

The company’s interest in the group still remains at 18.29%.

UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited’s direct shareholding in UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand)
remains at 355,000,000 shares, equivalent to 70.65%.
