Thomson Medical issues new series of notes worth $45m

The notes are under the $1,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

Thomson Medical has issued $45m worth of notes under its $1,000,000,000 Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

The company launched the Series 003 Tranche 003 notes worth $25m and the Series 004 Tranche 002 notes worth $20m, with aggregate principal amounts of 5.50% and 5.25% maturing in 2028 and 2027, respectively

Meanwhile, the previous tranche of $30m notes issued on 21 July 2023 will mature on 31 May 2028, with an aggregate principal amount of 5.5% per annum.

UOB is the sole dealer for the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes and the Series 004 Tranche 002 Notes.
