Temasek’s net portfolio value rises to $389b in FY 2024
The firm’s unlisted portfolio also grew by $31b.
Temasek reported a net portfolio value (NPV) of $389b for FY 2024, an increase of $7b from $382b a year earlier.
The firm's unlisted portfolio grew by $31b during the period, raising its mark-to-market (MTM) NPV to $420b, an increase of $9b from last year.
The increase was mainly due to investment returns from the US and India, partially offset by weaker performance in China's capital markets.
Temasek also reported total investments of $26b in FY 2024, yielding a 6% total shareholder return over 10 years.
In addition, the firm divested $33b for the year, resulting in a net divestment of $7b.
