Second Chance Properties requests a trading halt

Mainboard-listed Second Chance Properties has requested to halt trading in the SGX-ST on 10 July.

The statement was published at 7:37 am with the pending release of announcements.

In H1 2024, Second Chance Properties expected a decline in net profit amidst reduced gain on the disposal of investment properties and unrealised foreign exchange losses.
