Frasers Property Limited issues inaugural $420m green retail notes

It will be offered at an interest rate of 4.49% per annum with semi-annual payments.

Frasers Property Limited will issue its first $420m five-year corporate green retail notes at an interest rate of 4.49% per annum with semi-annual payments.

The public offer for the notes will open from 9:00 a.m. on 9 September 2022 and will close at noon on 14 September 2022.

The notes will be offered to both retail and institutional investors seeking green investments with fixed returns.

Frasers Property said it will use net proceeds from the inaugural green retail notes issuance to finance or refinance eligible green projects.
