ESR Group names Brett Krause interim board chairman

The group aims to appoint a new chairman by Q1 2025.

ESR Group has appointed Brett Harold Krause as the interim chairman of its board following the resignation of Jeffrey David Perlman.

Perlman took over the role of Chief Executive Officer at Warburg Pincus.

Whilst Perlman will no longer be the board chair, he will remain a non-executive director of the ESR Group.

Krause took on his new role as interim chairman on 2 September.

The company said it will appoint an independent non-executive chairman by Q1 2025.
