ComfortDelGro names Group Deputy CEO

CFO Koh Thong Hean’s appointment will be effective from 1 January 2023.

ComfortdelGro has appointed Chief Financial Office Koh Thong Hean as the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer which will take effect starting 1 January 2023.

In a disclosure, ComfortldelGro said Koh will replace Cheng Siak Kian who will be promoted to Managing Director/Group CEO.

As the Group Deputy CEO, Koh will be overseeing the Corporate Services Division which consists of finance, procurement, information technology, human resources, investor relations, legal and corporate secretariat, property and security.

Koh served as the company’s group chief special projects officer on 1 July 2019 and was appointed as acting group chief CFO on 1 October 2019. He became the group CEO in 2020.
