The Asian Export Awards 2018 welcomes MICCI as partner

MICCI intends to be the premier advocate for the business community in Malaysia.

The Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) is now on board as supporting partner to the pinnacle award for Asian exporters, The Asian Export Awards 2018.

MICCI intends to be the premier advocate for the business community in Malaysia by facilitating and supporting its members in their goal to successfully develop their businesses in the country.

Amongst its business principles are: to support the protection of fundamental human rights and avoid complicity in human rights abuses, to support best labour practices, and the elimination of forced or child labour and employment discrimination, to promote greater environmental responsibility and encourage the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, and to work against corruption in all forms.

Set to be the pinnacle event for Asia's best exporters, the Asian Export Awards 2018 aim to recognise the best exporting companies in Asia -- from excellent products and services to unique innovations.

Each award will be open to two divisions - Large Corporates and Local Champion. Large Corporates is for large companies with group turnover of over $300 million, whilst Local Champion is for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Asian Export Awards will be held in Singapore on 20 November.
