Zagro Asia appoints two Non-Executive Directors

Wong Choo You and Dolly Soh has been chosen as new members of the Board.

The Board of Zagro Asia announced the appointment of Wong Choo You and Dolly Soh as Non-Executive Directors.

The Board believes that Mr Wong, 59, who encompasses relevant experience and consultancy in Agri business will be able to contribute to the Company.

At present, he is Consultant, Technical & Management Support to China National Agricultural Means of Production Group (CNAMPGC)-Beijing, Malaysia, Torch Tip Malaysia Centra (TTMC) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia & Zagro Chemicals Sdn Bhd, Malaysia since 2007. He is also Chief Executive Officer of Malaya Acid Work Sdn Bhd since 2012, and Consultant, Technical & Management Support, Crop Protection Ltd, Malaysia from 2007 to 2011, according to a Zagro Asia report.

On the other hand, the Board is of the view that Mdm Dolly Soh, 64, who encompasses relevant experience & consultancy in Human Resource will be able to contribute to the Company.

She is Managing Consultant, Dolly Poh & Associates since 1991. Prior to 1991, Dolly was a Human Resource career professional with General Electric (USA) based in Singapore and Hong Kong covering manpower development. She is Certified to teach some proprietary management training and executive selection programs.
