Wilton Resources names Geoffrey Samuel Eupene as lead independent director

He has been the executive director of Eupene Explorations since 1980.

Wilton Resources announced the appointment of Geoffrey Samuel Eupene as lead independent director.

Mr Eupene, 67, has been the executive director of Eupene Explorations Pty Ltd since 1980, and has been involved in a wide variety of assignments for a range of commodities, including gold, base metals, uranium, limestone, tin, tantalum, tungsten, and sands and aggregates. He has tended to specialise in providing advice and services to detailed and advanced exploration projects, in technical strategy and management matters, resource and reserve estimation, and grade and geological control services to operating mines. His experience includes assignments in Australia, Indonesia and Malaysia. Geoffrey Samuel Eupene has also been the exploration director and chief executive officer of Crossland Strategic Metals Limited, which is primarily engaged in the business of exploration and mining of rare earth elements in Australia, since 2003, according to a Wilton Resources report.
