WBL Corporation appoints Nah Song Sen as Acting Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nah temporarily assumes the position of Mr Tan Choon Han who will be on medical leave of absence.

The Board of WBL Corporation announced the appointment of Mr Nah Song Sen as Group Financial Officer. Mr. Nah, the current Group Financial Controller, will assume the position in an acting capacity as Mr Tan Choon Han, the Group Chief Financial Officer, will be on medical leave of absence for the next four months.

Mr Nah, 61, will be responsible for all corporate finance activities of the Group, including treasury, tax, information technology management and investor relations, accoording to a WBL Corporation report.

Mr Nah has been appointed Group Financial Controller of WBL Corporation Limited since 22 August 2005. In the past he was Acting Regional Controller for Asean Tyco Fire & Security Services Asia from February 2005 to August 2005 and Chief Financial Officer of Tech Group Asia Ltd from January 2004 to July 2004.
