United Fiber System appoints Henry Susanto as Executive Director

He is also named as Chief Executive Officer of PT HRB and PT MAL.

The Board of United Fiber System announced the appointment of Henry Susanto as The Nominating Committee has recommended the redesignation to Executive Director of the Company and the appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of PT Hutan Rindang Banua ("PT HRB") and PT Mangium Anugerah Lestari ("PT MAL") ("Subsidiaries") and the Board has approved Mr Susanto redesignation and appointment.

Mr Susanto, 41, will be responsible for the promotion, business strategy and development plans of the Subsidiaries, and the management of the Subsidiaries including but not limited to operations, audit, finance, legal, compliance, tax and human resource of the Subsidiaries.

He is also a Director of PT Hutan Rindang Banua, PT Marga Buana Bumi Mulia, PT Hutan Rindang Banua, PT Marga Buana Bumi Mulia, Anrof Singapore Limited, Shinning Spring Resources Limited, Pacificwood Investment Ltd, Anrof Singapore Limited, Shinning Spring Resources Limited, and Pacificwood Investment Ltd. since 2011. Prior to this, he was Director of Operations of Sinarmas Energy & Mining from 2009 to 2011 and Director of Operations of PT Wahana Alam Lestari from 2008 to 2009, according to a United Fiber System report.
