Sinopipe appoints Dr Pu Weidong as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Dr. Pu will to perform executive functions, including Finance, Investor Relationship and Overseas Market Development.

On the recommendation of the Nominating Committee of the Company, the Board has appointed Mr Dr Pu Weidong as Executive Director of the Company and considered him a suitable candidate for this position based on the strength of his calibre and experience.

Dr. Pu, 41, will to perform executive functions, including Finance, Investor Relationship and Overseas Market Development, according to a Sinopipe report.

He was Managing Director at Triumpus Capital Ltd from Jan 2010 up to the present. He also worked as Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at Sinomem Technology Ltd from March 2007 to December 2009.
