New Lakeside Holdings appoints Hou Lei as General Manager

Liu Zhenzhe is also named as Deputy General Manager (Finance).

The Board of New Lakeside Holdings announced the promotion of Hou Lei to General Manager of the Company. Mr Hou was the General Manager of a subsidiary of the Company before the promotion.

Mr Hou, 43, is responsible for the overall operations of the Group in the interim period before the appointment of a chief executive officer.

In the past he was General Manager, New Lakeside Fruit Juice (Yunchen) Co., Ltd. Before this he was General Manager, Shanxi SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice from 2008 to 2012 and Deputy General Manager of Shanxi SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2008.

The company also appointed Liu Zhenzhe as Deputy General Manager (Finance) of the Company, according to a New Lakeside Holdings report.

Mr Liu, 46, will oversee all financial and accounting matters in the Group and is responsible for the overall financial operations of the Group in the interim period before the appointment of a chief financial officer.

He was Finance Manager, Shanxi Linyi Lakeside Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2012, Finance Manager, Shanxi SDIC Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2006 and Finance Manager, Fuping Zhonglu Fruit Juice Co., Ltd in the year 2005.
