Metech International names Francis Lee Fook Wah as Director

He is also an Auditing Committee and Renumeration Committee Member.

The Board of Metech International announced the appointment of Francis Lee Fook Wah as Director. The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Mr. Lee as a Non-Executive Director and the Board of Directors is of the opinion that Francis' experience as director of various listed companies in Singapore, he will be able to contribute effectively to the Company, according to a Metech International report.

Mr Lee, 46, is the Director of Wise Alliance Investments Ltd, a foreign incorporated company focusing on investing in equities and fixed income instrucments. He is currently an Independent Director of two other SGX listed companies. Prior to this, he spent about 5.5 years with Man Wah Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the Hong Kong Exchange as Chief Financial Officer where he oversaw the accounting functions, corporate regularoty compliance and reporting of the company. He was also the Finance and Executive Director of Man Wah Holdings Ltd. Mr Lee obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with National University of Singapore and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Hull.
