Koon Holdings names Ang Ah Nui as Director

Mr Ang is also inducted as Member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees.

The Board of Koon Holdings announced the appointment of Ang Ah Nui as Director. The Nomination Committee, on request of Mr Ang Ah Nui, a controlling shareholder and after evaluating Mr Ang's qualifications and work experience, considered that his appointment will strengthen the effectiveness of the Board and had recommended the appointment of Mr Ang as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board has accepted the recommendation of the Nomination Committee and approved his appointment, according to a Koon Holdings report.

Mr Ah, 48, Director of ASL Marine Holdings Ltd. since 4 October 2000, ASL Shipyard Pte Ltd since 23 July 1992, ASL Offshore & Marine Pte. Ltd. since 2 December 1995, among many others Directorial and Executive positions held in the past.
