KODA appointed Ying Siew Hon and Tan Choon Seng as directors

Both have many directorships.

Mr. Ying, 67, is chairman of the Remuneration Committee. He was director for Ataru Engineering since March 2013, for Kaicoh since September 2002, for Teamplus since June 2003, for Aristo Engineering since December 2003, for TBM Technology since April 2010, and for Shinei Technology from June 2012 to September 2014.

He attended “Legal Aspects of Directors’ and Officers’ Duties and Liabilities Workshop” at SMU in November 2007 as training to being a director.

Mr. Tan, 64, Choon Seng Tan, was logistics manager for Transcorp Holdings or Transview Holdings until March 31, 2014. He was CEO for WBL Corporation from December 1, 2004 to November 7, 2012. He was vice president of Customer Solutions and managing director of South East Asia for Hewlett-Packard Singapore from June 2002 to November 2004.

He had various senior management roles for Compaq Computer from 1996 to 2002. and for Hewlett-Packard Far East from 1989 to 1996.
He is a fellow of CPA in Singapore. Mr. Tan holds a B.A.C.C. from the University of Singapore.
