Kinergy Ltd. appoints Toh Hock Ghim as Director

Mr Toh is also a Member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Renumeration Committee.

The Board of Kinergy Ltd. announced the appointment of Toh Hock Ghim as Director. The Nominating Committee ("NC") has recommended Ambassador Toh's appointment as an Independent Director. The Board has considered the NC's recommendation and having reviewed Ambassador Toh's qualifications and expertise, is of the view that his experience and expertise will contribute positively to the Group.

Mr. Toh, 70, is also a Member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Renumeration Committee, according to a Kinergy Ltd. report.

Ambassador Toh joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore with diplomatic postings to Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Hongkong SAR and Macau SAR. He retired in 2007 and is now a Senior Advisor to the MFA. He currently sits on the board of several private and listed companies.
