Elec & Eltek International Company appoints Kong Tze Wing as independent non-executive director

Mr Kong, 65, has over 45 years of experience in the accounting industry. Mr Kong is a sole practitioner of the firm Messrs. James T.W. Kong & Co., Certified Public Accountants since 1982. Since 2003, he has been a supervisor of the foundation program at the CED School of Business in Hong Kong.

Mr Kong was the independent non-executive director of DT Capital Limited (formerly known as Incutech Investments Limited) up to 28 May 2008, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He was an independent non-executive director of Sing Pao Media Enterprises Limited from March 2007 to June 2015.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1985 and became a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (formerly known as the Hong Kong Society of Accountants) in 1995. He is also a fellow professional accountant of the Institute of Public Accountants in Australia since 2001. Mr Kong has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1981.
