CNMC Goldmine Holdings names Lai Gin Nyap as Finance Director

His role includes overseeing the company's merger and acquisitions transactions.

CNMC Goldmins Holdings announced the appointement of Lai Gin Nyap as Finance Director effectove 1 July 2012. The Board has reviewed and considered the qualifications and work experience of Mr Lai and approved Mr Lai’s appointment as the Finance Director of the Company.

Mr Lai, 43, will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions, strategic financial matters including merger and acquisitions transactions, and financial policies of the Company, according to a CNMC Goldmine Holdings report.

He has been a Director/Capital Markets & Services Licensed Representative of Rightlink Capital Sdn Bhd from 2004 to present. Prior to this, he was Executive Director & Head of Corporate Finance of NagaCorp Limited from 2001 to 2004 and Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director Petaling Tin Berhad from 2000 to 2003.
