China Yongsheng names Xia Xuegang as Group Financial Controller

Mr Xia will be in chrge of China Yongsheng's Treasury & Risk Management.

The Board of China Yongsheng announced the appointment of Xia Xuegang as Financial Controller. Mr Xia Xuegang joined the Group in 2002 and has contributed to the Group in his years of service and being recognised as being able to continue to do so, will be promoted from his current position as Group Finance Manager to Financial Controller (Treasury & Risk Management).

Mr Xia, 43, will be responsible for group financing and funding management; group risk management; reviewing of accounts and in-charge of financial and tax matters of the PRC subsidiaries; and other duties as assigned by CFO and Executive Directors.

In the past, Mr Xia was Group Finance Manager Suzhou Yongsheng Concrete Co., Ltd from 2010 to 2012. Before this he was Finance Manager of Wujiang Yongsheng Concrete Co., Ltd from 2002 to 2010 and Finance Manager of Suzhou Jinmaofangxing Cement Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2002.
