China Yongsheng appoints Zhao Lei as Assistant Vice President

He attended University of Edinburgh, UK and University of College London, School of Engineering.

The Board of China Yongsheng announced the appointment of Zhao Lei as Assistant Vice President, Group Procurement in line with the Group's ongoing management succession plan.

Mr Zhao Lei, 24, will be responsible for the procurement of raw materials for the Group and other duties as assigned by the Executive Directors.

Since 2011 to thr present, he is Non-Executive Director of Assetgold Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Yongsheng Limited; and Ever Universe Investments Limited, the ultimate holding company of the Company. He is also supervisor of the boards of the Company's Chinese Subsidiaries, accoridng to a China Yongsheng report.

From 2007 to 2011, Mr Zhao Lei attended University of Edinburgh, UK and University of College London, School of Engineering. Graduated from the latter with Master of Electronic Engineering with Nanotechnology in 2011.
