China Titanium appoints Lim Chai Har as Chief Financial Officer

She has over 35 years of working experience in Corporate Finance, Listing/RTO, M&A, Investment Analysis and Financial Reporting.

The Board of China Titanium has announced the appointment of Lim Chai Har as Chief Financial Officer. The board, having reviewed and considered the extensive work experience of Ms Lim, approved her appointment as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms Lim has over 35 years of working experience in Corporate Finance, Listing/RTO, M&A, Investment Analysis and Financial Reporting.

She is overall responsible for accounts, corporate finance, treasury management functions and all matters relating to the divestment and investments / M & A of the Group. She shall also be in charge of matters relating to China Titanium’s debt and equity fund raising, formulating strategic plans for the Group and managing investor communication with the shareholders.

Previously she worked as Chief Financial Officer of Sino-Excel Energy Limited from March 2011 to December 2011. She was also Group Chief Financial Officer of Ghim Li Group Pte Ltd from April 2008 to March 2011 and CFO/CAO/PA to Chairman of Ghim Li Group Pte Ltd. from October 2002 to January 2007.
