China Taisan Tech appoints Ngan See Juan as Director

Mr Ngan will also be a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee.

The Board of China Taisan Tech announced the appointment of Ngan See Juan as Director, on the recommendation of the Nominating Comittee and having considered Mr Ngan's experience and ability to contribute to the Company.

He will be an Independent Director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee based on his qualifications and working experience.

Mr Ngan, 36 , has been an Audit Director in Audit Alliance since June 2011, and a Director of Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd since October 2011. From 2010 to 2011, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer in AVA Global Holdings Limited, according to a China Taisan Tech report.

From 2009 to 2010, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer in Kading International Limited.
