China Powerplus appoints Jeffrey Ong Su Aun as director

He was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an advocate and solicitor and is a solicitor in the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales.

The Board of China Powerplus announced the appointment of Jeffrey Ong Su Aun as director.

Mr Ong, 36, will also be a member of the Audit, Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Ong previously practiced in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of J Koh & Co and Allen & Gledhill, before moving on to practice in the Dispute Resolution and Restructuring department at DLA Piper a global business law firm. Mr Ong specialises in cross border corporate advisory, restructuring, and dispute resolution work, according to a China Powerplus report.

Mr Ong is currently a partner at JLC Advisors LLP.
