China Environment names Wu Yu Liang as Director

Mr Wu also holds Chairman of Nominating Committee and a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee positions.

The Board of China Environment announced the appointment of Wu Yu Liang as Director. The Board has considered the Nominating Committee's assessment of Mr Wu's qualifications, experience and independence, as well as its recommendations. The Board is satisfied that Mr Wu will be able to contribute positively to the Group.

Aside from being an Independent Director, Mr Wu is also Chairman of Nominating Committee and a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a China Environment report.

Mr Wu is currently Managing Director of Wu LLC since 2007. He was also a Sole Proprietor of Y L Wu & Co. from 2000 to 2007 and a Partner of Yeo Wu & Thian from 1993 to 2000.
