Cerebos Pacific appoints Keiichi Abe as Alternate Director

Dr. Abe  will be an Alternate Director to Mr. Yuji Yamazaki.

The Board of Cerebos Pacific announced the appointment of Keiichi Abe as Alternate Director to Yuji Yamazaki. Dr. Keiichi Abe was nominated as Alternate Director to Mr. Yuji Yamazaki pursuant to Article of Association of the Company. The Board accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which had reviewed Dr Abe's qualifications and experience, and approved the appointment of Dr. Abe as Alternate Director to Mr. Yamazaki.

Dr. Abe, 54, is also Senior Vice President Regional Research & Development Division of Cerebos Pacific Limited since Apr 2012. Before this, he was Vice President Regional Research & Development Division of Cerebos Pacific Limited from Aug 2008 to Mar 2012 and General Manager Institute for Health Care Science of Suntory Limited, Tokyo from Apr 2006 to Jul 2008, according to a Cerebros Pacific report.
