Biosensors International Group names Phyllis Chan Yuk Ying as Director

She is responsible for developing business collaboration with multinationals and maintaining investor relationship.

The Board of Biosensors International Group announced the appointmentof Phyllis Chan Yuk Ying as Director.

Ms. Phyllis Chan, 52, is currently the head of business development and investor relations of Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (“Weigao”). Ms. Chan is responsible for developing business collaboration with multinationals and maintaining investor relationship. Prior to joining Weigao in May 2006 , Ms. Chan served as auditor in Australia and Hong Kong ("HK") from March 1986 to January 1991. She worked as an analyst for the Australian Securities Commission from January 1991 to March 1992. From April 1992 to March 1996, Ms. Chan worked in the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. During the years from 1996 to 2006, Ms. Chan worked in corporate finance in investment banking.

Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor in Economics degree from the La Trobe University in Australia and is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, according to a Biosensors International Group report.
