Annica Holdings appoints two non-executive directors

Chartered accountant Augustine A/L T. K. James and Solicitor N. Sivagurunathan V. Narayanasamy assumed directorial posts.

The Board of Annica Holdings announced the appointment of Augustine A/L T. K. James and N. Sivagurunathan V. Narayanasamy as non-executive independent directors.

Mr Augustine A/L T. K. James, 56, will be the lead independent director as well as chairman of Audit Committee and member of Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.

He is a chartered accountant and sole proprietor of James & Co since 1995, according to an Annica Holdings report.

Meanwhile Mr N. Sivagurunathan V. Narayanasamy, 53, will also be chairman of Nominating Committee and member of Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

He is currently senior partner of Shamiah K.E. Ng & Siva, Advocates & Solicitors since 1994.
