MAS orders Sen Yue to assist in investigation

The company will provide some documents to MAS by 26 April.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has directed Sen Yue Holdings Limited to cooperate in a probe related to offences under the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

Sen Yue Holdings Limited must provide MAS with certain documents, including all meeting minutes between 1 August 2020 and 31 August 2022.

The company must submit all contracts it has or had with its key supplier and all documents relating to or generated in connection with the contracts.

Sen Yue Holdings Limited must also provide MAS financial information, including accounting records, transaction records with its key supplier, segment revenue and results.

MAS also requested a detailed chronology of events relating to and leading up to the relevant corporate announcement between 14 September 2020 and 21 July 2022, along with documents relating to or generated in connection with the transactions and events mentioned in the announcements.

Sen Yue has already furnished certain documents to MAS and will provide the remaining documents to MAS by 26 April.
