Take a look at Asia’s first Gold ATM that was just launched in Singapore

The Merlion Ingot is in the spotlight.

Pots of gold are no longer difficult to find, thanks to the arrival of Asia’s first Smart Gold ATM that was launched yesterday at Resorts World Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands.

The ATM machines are custom-built to dispense a variety of pure gold items. These range from one to ten gram pure gold bars and sliver ingots as well as customised gold coins.

The ATM dispenses a range of products, including Gold Ingots which range from one to 20 grams. Of particular interest is the one gram gold ingot with a Merlion design, the result of a collaboration between Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and PAMP.

“Singapore is highly recognised as a travel destination for affluent travellers, and an increasingly important hub for the goldtrade industry. With the launch of Smart Gold ATM, this will mark a major development and significant milestone for the region,” noted a release from Asia Gold ATM.
