
StarHub says goodbye to cable TV
It will offer seven new entertainment passes for different media categories.
StarHub is bidding farewell to old school TV by offering seven new StarHub Entertainment passes, an announcement revealed.
Customers can choose from the English Entertainment Pass, Movies Pass, Asian Entertainment Pass, Malay Entertainment Pass, Indian Entertainment Pass, Filipino Entertainment Pass and Sports Pass, which they can switch between anytime using the My Account online portal. All new and existing StarHub customers can sign up for the new entertainment passes.

StarHub has also enhanced its multi-screen viewing experience under the new StarHub Entertainment Pass, to meet the on-the-go demands of viewers. All customers will reportedly receive the StarHub TV Go value-added service without any additional charge, allowing them to watch live channels on any device via StarHub Go.
All StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can stream unlimited content on StarHub Go without incurring any local data charges.
Meanwhile, customers subscribed to the passes can also enjoy complimentary access to StarHub’s partners’ apps, such as the BBC Player for English Entertainment Pass subscribers and HBO GO for Movies Pass subscribers.
Customers can sign up for the new entertainment passes via the StarHub Online store.
