Liang Court launches Gourmet Journey

Japanese-inspired gourmet choices, performances and activities will be available 6 to 29 July.

Learn how to whip up dishes such as Seafood Okonomiyaki, Chawanmushi and Cold Soba or pick up cooking tips from Sichuan cuisine Tanyoto’s chef as he demonstrates one of his signature dishes, “Kung Pow Prawns” on stage. The traditional koto, lion dance with mask, miyake daiko and folk dance performances by the Japanese community will be shown.

Shoppers can win prizes when they pit their skills to race against time at the Marutama Ramen Tamago Peel-Off, Subway Tasters Challenge or at the Kraze Burger Time in a feat to build the highest burger. Fellow McDonald’s enthusiasts can join in the “Mc-Crew Speedy Fries Packer” segment where participants pack as many packets of fries within a given time.

Kids can pick up complimentary coloring booklets and take part in a series of workshops which include sushi making and apron designing! On weekends, catch our mischievous sushi mascots and chef dancing around the mall. Join them to win dining vouchers. If these are not enough, shoppers who spend $120 at the mall can redeem themselves sushi cushions. There are 4 different designs to collect.
