Here's a glimpse of The Substation's January, February offerings

There'll be a special screening of Feel at Home.

According to a release, In January, The Substation will begin the year with a special screening of Feel at Home, a skateboarding film by Ralph Samson featuring international skateboarding collective Transit Skateboards.

The Substation's Moving Images programme will also present Temporary Repositories, an exhibition by Kent Chan which will feature 15 years worth of material from The Substation's film archive. Later in the month, veteran producer Shireen Abdullah will perform Figuring Father in The Substation Theatre.

February will see two of The Substation's Associate Artists, Zaki Razak and Felicia Low, do work-in-progress presentations in The Substation Gallery as part of the Associate Artist Research Project. Zaki's exhibition, Bl nd: The Darkness of Being and the Age of Darkness, will see him creating indie zines for and with visitors to The Substation.

Community arts advocate Felicia Low will work with three young ladies in The School Never Asked, to explore the sexual identities of teenagers. The Substation's Tribal Gathering of Tongue Tasters returns in 2013 with a music collaboration between up and coming progressive rock band ANECHOIS and multidisciplinary artist anGie Seah, and the Singapore Short Film Awards take place for the fourth year running from 25 February to 3 March 2013.
