S I2I Limited names Gurvinder Pal Singh as Chief Financial Officer

He stepped in to replace Kul Taran Singh Anand who resigned after nearly 3 years of service.

The Board of S I2I announced the appointment of Gurvinder Pal Singh as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Singh, 52, will be Chief Financial Officer of Si2i Mobility Private Limited, India, responsible for Business Planning, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, Investor Relations, and Management Review to ensure overall productivity of resources within the Si2i Mobility Group, according to a S I2I Limited report.

He will overseeing the overall finance functions of the Group. In the past, he worked as Chief Financial Officer of Spice Communications Limited, a telecom operator company providing mobile telephony services in India and successfully handled Pre IPO and IPO of Spice Communications.
