Cai Sui Xin stepped down as New Silkroutes' director

He is to focus on his own businesses.

Mr. Cai, 55, is chairman and executive director for Sun's Group (The) since September 19, 2008. He was managing director for Abterra.

He founded General Nice Development, General Nice Resources (Hong Kong), and General Nice (Tianjin) Industry Company in 1992. He was executive chairman for New Silkroutes (Digiland International) since July 20, 2012 until October 31, 2016.

He was a non-executive chairman for Abterra November 1, 2006 and non-executive director since October 18, 2006. He is chairman of General Nice and established many other related companies and incorporated them under the umbrella of the group. He was chairman for Loudong General Nice Resources (China) from September 19, 2008 to January 1, 2017. He is director for Loudong PRC, Abterra Coal & Coke Limited and Shanxi Loudong General Nice Coking and Gas Company. He is a non-executive director for IRC since April 12, 2013.
