Accrelist named Loh Eng Lock as CFO

He is also appointed as joint company secretary.

Mr. Loh, 42, was the Company's CFO from 2013 to 2014 and assumed of CFO for the Company's associate, Jubilee Industries Holdings in October 2014. After the Group's proposed expansion of business and evaluation of manpower and its expertise, Mr. Loh was appointed as the Company's CFO to be part of the management to carry out the proposed new business. He is overall responsible for the finance department of the Group and oversee the accounting, financial, taxation, investment and other financial matters of the Group.

He is CFO for Jubilee Industries Holdings since October 2014. Before that, he was CFO from March 2013 to October 2014, vice president in Finance from March 2011 to March 2013, and finance manager from November 2008 to March 2011 for Accrelist, formerly known as WE Holdings. He was also audit manager for MS Ong & Associates from March 2005 to October 2008. He was finance manager for Elitecars Automobile from September 2003 to March 2005. And he was auditor for KPMG Singapore from January 2000 to September 2003.
