Senoko Energy launches app for customers' power management
The app will also allow them to transact digitally through automatic payments.
Senoko Energy rolled out its mobile app which will enable its customers to manage their electricity accounts on the go and monitor their consumption patterns over time, an announcement revealed.
The app will supply households with data on their energy usage, and customers can also view their monthly bills, outstanding amounts and payment due dates whilst setting up automatic payments, the firm said. It will also include an option to view their rewards such as NTUC LinkPoints.
Senoko Energy is one of the 13 electricity retailers participating in the Open Electricity Market (OEM) which allows households to take charge on which firm provide their electricity.
