SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2021 is now accepting nominations

Deadline of entries is on 26 February 2021.

With the deployment of 5G this year, in addition to its advanced IT infrastructure and strong government support, Singapore remains to be one of the top technological hubs in Asia Pacific. As the number of startups grow alongside its strong talent pool, it is no surprise that the city is now home to some of the most exceptional innovations in the region.

To further recognise these highly innovative companies, Singapore Business Review is pleased to announce the opening of nominations for this year’s SBR Technology Excellence Awards.

Now in its third year, the awards programme gives recognition to companies with the most disruptive products and solutions that have successfully transformed industries and business models, as a direct response to the changing needs and expectations of customers and clients.

Some of the award-winning companies hailed at last year’s virtual presentation include AIA Singapore (Digital for Personal Insurance), Changi Airport Group (Digital for Travel Services), EZ-Link (Digital for Business Services and Mobile for Transportation), and NTUC Income (Digital for Life and General Insurance).

"It is an honor for us to be receiving this award and we are grateful for the recognition," said Melita Teo, Chief Operations Officer of AIA Singapore. "We are very humbled because it really enforces our desire to do more for our customers. Winning this award affirms the direction that we have been taking and it inspires us to do more for our customers."

The AIA Singapore team took home the Technology Excellence Award under the Digital for Personal Insurance category, joining the prestigious lineup of around 50 award winners across different industries.

Nomination is open to technology companies that pioneered ground-breaking IT products and solutions, as well as companies from across different industries with innovative technology initiatives that made an impact on their business.

A panel consisting of thought leaders and industry experts will carefully evaluate each entry.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
